What Is Breastmilk Jewelry?

Breastmilk Jewelry is a unique way to forever pause and freeze that special moment in time. The beautiful thing about breastmilk jewelry is that each piece is 100% unique! Each stone will have different undertones, amounts of bubbles, and lines. Your ring will never look exactly like the stock photo.

How Do I Know You Are Using My Milk?

I promise that I have a very organized system that gets each mom the perfect ring with the milk they send me.

What Is My Jewelry Made Of?

Most of my settings are made from sterling silver which is made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. I do have a limited selection of 14K gold pieces as well.

Will My Piece Tarnish?

It is more than likely that you will see your piece tarnish as the copper makes it inevitable. Best way to prevent it? Follow the care instructions and wear your jewelry!! The oils in your skin "clean" your jewelry each time you wear it! And if you do see some tarnishing just use the polishing cloth to get it looking brand new again!

What About A Rose/Yellow Gold Piece?
Because it is plated with rose gold or yellow gold, the ring will naturally tarnish over time and expose the sterling silver underneath. The most common place for this to happen is the side with the most contact with your skin. So the inside of the ring or the back side of the necklace. (The parts you don't normally see when wearing)​

How Do I Care For My Jewelry?

​- Avoid any harsh chemicals

- Keep away from water. You should be removing all other jewelry as well :)

- Remove when working out 

- When not being worn, keep it in a clean dry place​

- Avoid UV exposure

- Remove when sleeping. You should be removing all other jewelry as well :)

- If your piece needs to be polished use the polishing cloth that is included in each order

- Check your main stone! Do a little wiggle test and if it feels loose please let me know!

What Happens To The Milk You Don't Use?

All milk is turned into a preserved powder. I keep all the leftover powder just in case something happens to your stone or you want another piece!

What If My Stone Falls Out?

If your stone falls out within 90 days of me shipping off the ring, I will replace the stone for free! If it falls out after the 90-day warranty there will be a $15 fee. Please send me an email at ashley.h.ormsby@gmail.com and let me know! I will check to make sure I still have leftover milk, if not I will let you know if you need to send more with the jewelry setting!

What Is The Current Turn Around Time?
The current turnaround time is 6-9 weeks after your milk is delivered to me! Because I do not keep an inventory I order each custom setting upon the placement of an order. Please be patient with me as I make the jewelry, as I do have a family to take care of and a full-time job! If i am running behind due to a family emergency I will reach out and let you know the new ETA

Tracking Your Order!

Once your piece is complete you will receive a notification from me with a tracking number!

 

Refund Policy.

If you ordered the wrong size or change your mind about the ring you want, changes can be made to your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

​

If you decide you do not want your order anymore I have a 20% refund policy in place for any orders placed within 24 hours. Refunds will not be given after 24 hours. 

​

Refunds will not be given once the jewelry is received by the customer as each piece is custom-made with their unique breastmilk and cannot be sold to anyone else.
